The app now prevents me from filling out the new quote and changing details of my policy forms. How am I supposed to update my policy with my new car. Seeing as though you are an "only online" insurance your app should be perfect. Terrible experience, I will have to cancel this insurance and go elsewhere because of this.

I have been with QMH a few years now and never had any trouble but this last time on trying to renew my car policy is freezing at certain points. I then did manage to get all the way through and coming to payment it states not gone through so tried again and still did the same so I gave up. But then looking in my bank 2xpayments have been taken out then one payment gone back into my bank account!! So I'm looking to find my insurance policy with my renewal information and it's not there?

I've been a QMH happy customer for 3 years now. I think the very first version of the app I used worked very well, however the more recent versions have not been good at all. The app looks like it's just a browser that opens the mobile version of the website. It also doesn't save your credentials, or allow you to open any documents. Making policy changes, however does work well.

Freezes continuously and won't allow entry to change policy requirements. Useless really. Online help just as useless. Now i know why it's cheap insurance. Will never use these lot again.
